Youth Oil Palm Cooperatives Initiative (YOPCI)

YOPCI is a registered youth-driven agricultural cooperative on a mission to empower 300 enterprising youths through structured oil palm plantation investment. With 300 hectares of farmland, transparent governance, and professional farm management, we turn short-term membership commitment into 25+ years of sustainable agricultural wealth.

Our operations span nursery management, field establishment, maintenance, harvest aggregation, and cooperative-grade oil palm processing — all governed by a constitution, quarterly reports, and an elected executive committee.
